Ingredients
- 2 lbs of carrots or green beans
- 1t cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup salt
- 4 heads of dill
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar.
Directions
pack lengthwise in hot jars leave 1/4 inch at top pour hot mix over beans put caps on process 10 min.
