carrot pickles or green bean pickles Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs of carrots or green beans
1t cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup salt
4 heads of dill
2 1/2 cups of water
2 1/2 cups vinegar.

Directions:
pack lengthwise in hot jars leave 1/4 inch at top pour hot mix over beans put caps on process 10 min.
