Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream or half and half
- salt,pepper and nutmeg
- asst fillings
Directions
mix the two eggs with the heavy cream and season. Line the bottom of your quiche shell with whatever you want to fill it with. ( cheese veg, meat etc. ) Fill the shell with batter. Place in a preheated oven at 325 till the quiche sets.
