Ingredients:
2 eggs1 cup heavy cream or half and half salt,pepper and nutmeg asst fillings
Directions:
mix the two eggs with the heavy cream and season. Line the bottom of your quiche shell with whatever you want to fill it with. ( cheese veg, meat etc. ) Fill the shell with batter. Place in a preheated oven at 325 till the quiche sets. |
