• Per Person:
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and sliced in 1/4" slices
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granules.
  • Water
  • Low-fat buttermilk
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Place potatoes, garlic and bouillon in saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or till potatoes test tender with fork. Drain most, or all liquid. Add buttermilk to desired consistency, salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
