I looked for a good Enchilada sauce for ages cause I wanted more of a gravy consistancy. This is pretty authenic!
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
 - 2 tbls. olive oil
 - 1/4 cup flour
 - 1 tbls.garlic powder
 - 2 tbls. good chili powder
 - 1 tsp.each, cumin,marjoram,oregano
 - 1 tbls. Knorr chicken bouillon or other
 - 1 quart water
 
Directions
chop onion, saute with oil until transparent, add flour until coated. Add water and all ingredients, STIR or WHISK until thickened, simmer for 1/2 hour.(Add more chilipowderif you like more kick)
