• 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, about 4 oz, divided
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2-3 shakes garlic salt
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. fresh or canned crab meat, drained and picked over to remove any shell
  • Crackers or potato chips for dipping


Preheat oven to 350. In bowl with mixer set to medium-low speed beat cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice til smooth. Using spoon, stir in garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in crab meat; transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, 30-40 minutes. Serve with crackers or potato chips.
