Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen torsk
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine
- Salt & pepper
Directions
Cube fish - layer in 9 x 9 inch pyrex cake pan. Pour mixture of butter and lemon over fish. Cook 20 minutes in oven at 450 degrees. Sprinkle on top 3 tablespoons bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons margarine and chopped parsley. Bake until golden brown - liquid disappears.
