Ingredients

  • 1klo pork fillet cut into cubes
  • MARINADE
  • 2 egg yolks
  • garlic
  • Extra cornflour
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 1 tblspn soy sauce
  • SWEET AND SOUR INGREDIENTS
  • 5 red and green peppers julienned
  • 3 carrots Julienned
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • Can of sliced pineapple cut into pieces
  • SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • 3 tspns conrflour
  • (If you find the sauce too runny add another teaspoon of cornflour.)

Directions

Take cubed meat out of marinade roll in cornflour, and fry. Put aside.Put peppers, carrots, garlic and pineapple in pan set on high and stir fry vegies, in a little oil left over from the pork. Once the vegetables have softened a little add the meat, mix in, then add the sweet and sour sauce, pour over and mix well, and wait till it thickens slightly
