Ingredients

  • 5 cups Self Raising flour
  • 1 300ml cartin whipping cream
  • 1 can lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sultanas (optional)
  • milk for glazing

Directions

Sift flour. Add sugar, mix. Add lemonade and cream and sultanas Mix until it comes together. Knead lightly on floured board. Makes about 12-15 depending on how high you want them. Glaze top with milk. Put in hot oven 210c for about 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
