Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1 lg. pkg. coconut (14 oz. to 1 lb.)
- 4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 box 10x sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. Eagle Brand
- 2 lg. coconut
- 8 c. pecans
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 bags chocolate chips
- 4 1/2 boxes 10x sugar (bag 2 lb. ea.)
- 3 sticks oleo
- 3 c. Eagle Brand
- 3 lb. coconut
- 12 c. pecans
- 6 tsp. vanilla
- 3 lg. bags Nestles chocolate chips
Directions
Cream oleo, Eagle Brand and powdered sugar. Mix well add vanilla, coconut, pecans. Chill. Roll into small balls. Chill until firm. Melt 1 bar paraffin and 1 large package Nestles chocolate chips over boiling water. Dip balls in chocolate mixture. Lay on cookie sheet, foil or flat surface until cool.
