Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 lg. pkg. coconut (14 oz. to 1 lb.)
  • 4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 box 10x sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 c. Eagle Brand
  • 2 lg. coconut
  • 8 c. pecans
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 bags chocolate chips
  • 4 1/2 boxes 10x sugar (bag 2 lb. ea.)
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 3 c. Eagle Brand
  • 3 lb. coconut
  • 12 c. pecans
  • 6 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 lg. bags Nestles chocolate chips

Directions

Cream oleo, Eagle Brand and powdered sugar. Mix well add vanilla, coconut, pecans. Chill. Roll into small balls. Chill until firm. Melt 1 bar paraffin and 1 large package Nestles chocolate chips over boiling water. Dip balls in chocolate mixture. Lay on cookie sheet, foil or flat surface until cool.
