Ingredients
- Thinly sliced corned beef
- Sliced Swiss cheese
- Well drained sauerkraut
- Thousand Island dressing
- butter
- Rye bread with caraway seeds
Directions
For each sandwich: spread two slices rye bread with thousand island dressing. Layer several thin slices of corned beef, two slices Swiss cheese, about 1/2 cup or more sauerkraut between the slices. Press down slightly. Butter outsides of bread and grill in a skillet until well browned on both sides and cheese has melted.
