Ingredients:
Thinly sliced corned beef Sliced Swiss cheese Well drained sauerkraut Thousand Island dressing butter Rye bread with caraway seeds
Directions:
For each sandwich: spread two slices rye bread with thousand island dressing. Layer several thin slices of corned beef, two slices Swiss cheese, about 1/2 cup or more sauerkraut between the slices. Press down slightly. Butter outsides of bread and grill in a skillet until well browned on both sides and cheese has melted. | |
