Ingredients
- 500 gr. Spaghetti
- 500 gr. ground beef
- 500 gr. fresh red tomatoes
- celery
- onion
- salt & pepper
- clove
- chili pepper (optional)
- parmesan cheese
Directions
Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until gold color.Add the celery (chopped).Right after add the tomatoes (diced),the clove ( a few) and the chili pepper (if you like it). Now add the beef and cook SLOWLY for 2-3 hours.When the sauce is done cook the pasta al dente ( do not overcook it).
When the pasta is ready add the sauce,the parmesan cheese and stir.
