Spaghetti alla Bolognese Recipe | |

Ingredients:
500 gr. Spaghetti500 gr. ground beef 500 gr. fresh red tomatoes celery onion salt & pepper clove chili pepper (optional) parmesan cheese
Directions:
Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until gold color.Add the celery (chopped).Right after add the tomatoes (diced),the clove ( a few) and the chili pepper (if you like it). Now add the beef and cook SLOWLY for 2-3 hours.When the sauce is done cook the pasta al dente ( do not overcook it).When the pasta is ready add the sauce,the parmesan cheese and stir.
