Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 3 to 4 T. Bisquick
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup beer

Directions

Heat vegetable oil (1 1/2 in.) in heavy pan. Lightly coat fish with 3 to 4 T. Bisquick. Mix 1 cup Bisquick, salt,egg and beer until smooth. dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side; drain.


4 servings.
