You can add some sliced green pepper, if you like. We do sometimes. People that don't like cabbage, have asked me to make this on our local camping trips. Enjoy!
- cabbage, quartered, cored & cut in 1-1/2" chunks
- onion, chunked
- garlic powder
- season salt
- salt & pepper
- cajon powder (all spices to taste)
- bacon grease
In large skillet, put a little water & bacon grease. Add all ingredients. Cook/stir-fry just until tender-crisp on medium-high heat.
