Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon steaks, about 8 oz. each
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. rice wine or sherry

Directions:
Place steaks side by side in a small ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle w/ ginger, scallions and lemon juice. Pour the soy & wine over them. Cover and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes. To serve, spoon a little of the cooking liquid over each serving.

Please, NEVER use the so-called "cooking" wines. Don't use a wine you cannot drink. The cooking wines have a great deal of sodium as well.
