Ingredients

  • Baking potatoes (diced)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • 6 - 8 pats Margarine (depending on amount of potatoes used)
  • Garlic Salt (to taste)
  • Season Salt (optional)

Directions

I usually use 2 potatoes per person. Clean and dice potatoes(you can peel if you like--I don't) and pile in lg piece heavy-duty foil. Add chopped onion, margerine and garlic salt (and season salt if you want) cover with another piece of heavy-duty foil and fold around ends and put on grill. Flip over frequently so as not to burn. Usually about 1/2 hour, more if you like the potatoes crunchier.
