Grilled Potatoes Recipe | |

Ingredients:
Baking potatoes (diced)Onion (chopped) 6 - 8 pats Margarine (depending on amount of potatoes used) Garlic Salt (to taste) Season Salt (optional)
Directions:
I usually use 2 potatoes per person. Clean and dice potatoes(you can peel if you like--I don't) and pile in lg piece heavy-duty foil. Add chopped onion, margerine and garlic salt (and season salt if you want) cover with another piece of heavy-duty foil and fold around ends and put on grill. Flip over frequently so as not to burn. Usually about 1/2 hour, more if you like the potatoes crunchier. |
