Ingredients

  • a heaping cup of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup raisins ( soaked in hot water to soften & then drained)
  • 2/3 cup milk ( or a little more to make it runny)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all together and fry in butter in a skillet or fry pan until golden. (Real butter does make a difference and is recommended.)

These are usually served for breakfast. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with jam, roll it up and enjoy.
