Kaiserschmarren Recipe

  German Dessert

Ingredients:
a heaping cup of flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup raisins ( soaked in hot water to soften & then drained)
2/3 cup milk ( or a little more to make it runny)
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Mix all together and fry in butter in a skillet or fry pan until golden. (Real butter does make a difference and is recommended.)

These are usually served for breakfast. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with jam, roll it up and enjoy.
For about 4 Pansize Pancakes
