Makes a wonderful salad, dip or spread for sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas or garbanzo beans
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 4 T tahini (sesame seed paste)

Directions

Drain half the liquid out of the can of chick peas/garbanzos. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix on high, stirring occasionally until it is creamy, paste consistency.


Garnish with olive oil and fresh mint
