Ingredients:
1 can chick peas or garbanzo beans2 minced cloves of garlic 3 T lemon juice 4 T tahini (sesame seed paste)
Directions:
Drain half the liquid out of the can of chick peas/garbanzos. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix on high, stirring occasionally until it is creamy, paste consistency.Garnish with olive oil and fresh mint
Makes a wonderful salad, dip or spread for sandwiches
