Directions:
Lightly mix the steak with the chopped onion and water. (Water makes it fluffy) Pile lightly on buttered slices of bread. Make an indentation in the center of the meat and slip in a raw egg yolk. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Serve on individual plates with garnishes. Makes 4 servings.
