Mushroom Casserole with Marjoram Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs. chopped marjoram
  • 1 tsp. minced chives
  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chicken bouillion
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Put the mushrooms in casserole. Combine butter with marjoram, chives, salt and pepper. Add chicken bouillon and wine. Stir well and pour over mushrooms. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes.

Serves 6.
