Mushroom Casserole with Marjoram Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 tbs. chopped marjoram1 tsp. minced chives 1 lb. mushrooms 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup chicken bouillion 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 tsp. salt Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Put the mushrooms in casserole. Combine butter with marjoram, chives, salt and pepper. Add chicken bouillon and wine. Stir well and pour over mushrooms. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes.Serves 6.
