• Walleye fillets
  • eggwash (egg, milk & black pepper)
  • crushed garlic
  • sliced onion
  • ground saltine crackers
  • oil
  • G.Washington seasoning


Marinate walleye fillets with sliced onion and garlic over night.

Mix egg, milk and black pepper in a bowl. Use approximately 2 T. of milk for each egg used.

Discard onion and dip fillets in eggwash and then into the cracker crumbs. Repeat the dip process for a thicker breading. Place fillets in preheated oil and turn when golden brown.
