| Ingredients:
Halibut
Worcestershire sauce lemon juice flour bacon fat salt and pepper butter
Directions:
Take several thin pieces of filleted halibut and dip in a sauce consisting of one part Worcestershire and two parts lemon juice. Roll in flour: fry in bacon fat until brown. Salt and pepper each side. Dot with butter and simmer covered pan until fish flakes. |
