Ingredients

  • 6 ozs butter
  • 2 ozs icing sugar(confectioners sugar)
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • 6 ozs flour
  • 2 ozs custard powder
  • Filling
  • 1 tbblspn butter softened
  • About 6 tblspns icing sugar
  • 1 tblspn custard powder

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add essence then dry ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Place on greased trays and bake at 350F for 20 mins.

When cold put together with filling. Filling

Mix butter, icing sugar and custard powder
