Ingredients: 6 ozs butter 2 ozs icing sugar(confectioners sugar) Few drops vanilla essence 6 ozs flour 2 ozs custard powder Filling 1 tbblspn butter softened About 6 tblspns icing sugar 1 tblspn custard powder Directions: Cream butter and sugar, add essence then dry ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Place on greased trays and bake at 350F for 20 mins. When cold put together with filling. Filling Mix butter, icing sugar and custard powder
