I'm sure this is the easy way but it works..loks and tastes good.

Ingredients

  • Pepperidge Farm puff pastry(they are in the frozen section. Bake per directions.
  • pre-cook the amount of boneless skinless chicken you feel you need for the # of servings. I normally use 2 large breasts for 4 servings.
  • Frozen or fresh peas
  • milk
  • small onion
  • butter
  • chicken broth

Directions

saute' a 1/2 stick of butter, a small sweet onion, add a cup of chicken broth, bring to a boil...lower heat..then combine a cup of flour with a cup of milk...slowly add to the onion/butter and chicken broth.. stir until it thickens add the cubed chicken and peas/season to taste. Remove the small round top of the puff pastry and over-fill with the mixture.
