Ingredients:

  • This is the most yummy Magdalena!!!
  • i'm not kidding...hahahaha
  • i live in Spain and i have try many recipe of magdalena.
  • and this one is the most yummy for me.
  • The original of this recipe is from País Vasco and use extra virgin olive oil.
  • For me...i don't like smell of virgin olive oil in dessert.
  • that's why i add margarine instead.
  • enjoy cooking!!!

  • Ingredients :
  • - 1 egg
  • - 1 + 1/4 cup sugar
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 1 cup margarine
  • - 3 cup flour
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder
  • - 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • - 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Beat egg, margarine and sugar until very creamy and light.
- Add lemon peel
- combien salt, baking powder and flour and stir into batter.
- Add milk and beat well again
- spoon into the paper cup
- Sprinkle granulated sugar over each
- Bake 15-20 minutes
