This is the most yummy Magdalena!!!i'm not kidding...hahahaha i live in Spain and i have try many recipe of magdalena. and this one is the most yummy for me. The original of this recipe is from PaĆs Vasco and use extra virgin olive oil. For me...i don't like smell of virgin olive oil in dessert. that's why i add margarine instead. enjoy cooking!!! Magdalena Ingredients : - 1 egg - 1 + 1/4 cup sugar - 1 cup milk - 1 cup margarine - 3 cup flour - 1 tsp. baking powder - 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel - 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F- Beat egg, margarine and sugar until very creamy and light. - Add lemon peel - combien salt, baking powder and flour and stir into batter. - Add milk and beat well again - spoon into the paper cup - Sprinkle granulated sugar over each - Bake 15-20 minutes |
