Peanut Butter Tandy Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Combine- 4 eggs (whip to lemon color)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbls oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Mix in--- 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

Grease jelly roll pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour above mixed
ingredients into pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven. Cake
will not brown. Spread with 1/2 jar of creamy peanut butter. Cool and
freeze for 45 minutes.
Melt 8 oz Hershey bar in double boiler and spread on cake.
