Ingredients

  • 1/4 C oil
  • 1/4 C worstershire
  • 1/3 C red wine
  • 2 T tarragon
  • 2 T chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • a few slices of yellow or red onion if desired

Directions

Mix all and marinate in a zip-lock bag with all the air squeezed out, for 24 hours for best results (the air tight bag assures marinading evenly). Slow cook on the BBQ for tenderness.
