Ingredients
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/4 C worstershire
- 1/3 C red wine
- 2 T tarragon
- 2 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- a few slices of yellow or red onion if desired
Directions
Mix all and marinate in a zip-lock bag with all the air squeezed out, for 24 hours for best results (the air tight bag assures marinading evenly). Slow cook on the BBQ for tenderness.
