Lamb marinade for BBQ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 C oil
1/4 C worstershire
1/3 C red wine
2 T tarragon
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
3 cloves of crushed garlic
salt
fresh ground pepper
a few slices of yellow or red onion if desired

Directions:
Mix all and marinate in a zip-lock bag with all the air squeezed out, for 24 hours for best results (the air tight bag assures marinading evenly). Slow cook on the BBQ for tenderness.
