Stir Fry Duck Breast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole ducks, skinned or plucked
  • 1 bottle(12 oz.) Lawry's Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade
  • 1 med. white onion, diced
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 pkg.(16 oz.)frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 can(8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts or bamboo shoots
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Lawry's Garlic Pepper
  • Sesame seed oil

Directions:
In a resealable plastic bag, combine ducks and Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade, reserving 1/4 cup marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 hours. Fillet breast meat and dice it. In wok, saute diced duck breasts in 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade; add Seasoned Salt and Garlic Pepper to taste. Add vegetables and stir fry until vegetables are tender crisp. Add a few shakes of sesame seed oil and drizzle reserved 1/4 cup Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade over vegetables. Cook and additional minute.

Serve over rice.

Makes 4 servings.
