Ingredients

  • 50g old potatoes
  • 2 Tbs sour cream
  • 15g butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 125g can camembert cheese
  • salt pepper
  • 2Tbs chopped chives

Directions

Boil potatoes. Mash with sour cream. Remove rind from cheese, chop roughly. Melt butter in pan, add crushed garlic and cheese, stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add to potatoes with salt and pepper. Add chives and serve very hot.
