Filled cupcakes Recipe

Boxed chocolate cake mix, any kind
two 8 oz boxes of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Setaside. Mix up the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Fill cupcake papers ( in pan, of course) about 1/3 full. The put a spoon full or two of the cheese mixture over it, and then layer another third of cake mix over that.

Bake according to the directions on the box. Frost with Chocolate icing. Put them in the freezer and eat them cold.
