Ingredients:
Boxed chocolate cake mix, any kindtwo 8 oz boxes of cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Setaside. Mix up the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Fill cupcake papers ( in pan, of course) about 1/3 full. The put a spoon full or two of the cheese mixture over it, and then layer another third of cake mix over that. Bake according to the directions on the box. Frost with Chocolate icing. Put them in the freezer and eat them cold. Bon appetit!! | |
