  French Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • Purchase a good quality creamy blue cheese at the local specialty store. Ask for the cheese somolier's suggestion on a good variety.
  • Purchase a sticky red wine glaze (or raspberry vinegar glaze) in the specialty store.
  • Flatbreads or bagette

Directions:
Crumble blue cheese is a serving dip

Drizzle liberally with sticky red wine glaze.

Serve with cheese knife and flatbreads of bagette pieces.

The tangy pungent flavour is awesome with a good cabernet. One suggestion, make sure that you have water for cleansing your palet between wines and appetizers at the tasting. Enjoy!
