Crumble blue cheese is a serving dipDrizzle liberally with sticky red wine glaze. Serve with cheese knife and flatbreads of bagette pieces. The tangy pungent flavour is awesome with a good cabernet. One suggestion, make sure that you have water for cleansing your palet between wines and appetizers at the tasting. Enjoy! |
