Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 cups romaine lettuce, cut crosswise in 1-inch wide strips
  • 1 can (14-oz) artichokes, drained, quartered
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red onion, sliced in thin rounds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon, or more to taste
  • Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing buttermilk recipe from a packet

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Toss with dressing to taste. Serves 6.
