Romaine with Bacon and Artichokes Recipe

  American Salad

Ingredients:
6 to 8 cups romaine lettuce, cut crosswise in 1-inch wide strips
1 can (14-oz) artichokes, drained, quartered
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small red onion, sliced in thin rounds
1/4 cup crumbled bacon, or more to taste
Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing buttermilk recipe from a packet

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Toss with dressing to taste. Serves 6.
