Ingredients

  • 1 c. cranberries
  • 2 c. champagne vinegar
  • sealable glass bottle (about 1 qt)

Directions

Place berries in bottle. Bring vinegar to boil over medium heat; pour over berries. Cool, then seal. Let sit in sunny spot for about 5 weeks. Strain. Therafter keep at room tempreture.
