Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple
  • 2 c mashed bananas
  • 1 c pecans

Directions

3 greased and floured 9" round pans


Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir, dont beat. Stir in fruit and nuts. Bake 23-28 mins at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 10 mins before removing. Ice with cream cheese frosting:


1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb powdered sugar
vanilla
