Ingredients:
3 c flour1 tsp baking soda 2 c sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 3 eggs 3/4 c oil 1 tsp vanilla 8 oz crushed pineapple 2 c mashed bananas 1 c pecans
Directions:
3 greased and floured 9" round pansCombine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir, dont beat. Stir in fruit and nuts. Bake 23-28 mins at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 10 mins before removing. Ice with cream cheese frosting: 1 stick butter 8 oz cream cheese 1 lb powdered sugar vanilla | |
