Ingredients

  • 2 cups cookes, sliced squash, drained well
  • 1 medium onion, saute&eacte;d (or 2 tablespoons onion flakes)
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick magerine, melted
  • 2 cups gratd cheddar cheese
  • Buttered cracker crumbs (for topping)

Directions

Mix squash, onion, mushroom soup, eggs, margerine and cheese together and put in a shallow 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
