Squash Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups cookes, sliced squash, drained well
1 medium onion, saute&eacte;d (or 2 tablespoons onion flakes)
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick magerine, melted
2 cups gratd cheddar cheese
Buttered cracker crumbs (for topping)

Directions:
Mix squash, onion, mushroom soup, eggs, margerine and cheese together and put in a shallow 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
6-8 servings
